- Prayer - Prayer is what opens us to God and all that God is doing in the world. Prayer is what allows us to discern our part in God's missional activity. We pray because we need the Spirit of God to make us big enough, imaginative enough, courageous enough, wise enough, and strong enough to do what God sets before us.
- Hospitality - The creation of Spirit led, Spirit fed environments where all people can discover, discern, and depart on their journey toward reaching full Kingdom potential in the company and support of other travelers.
- Compassion - God's compassion is "just-love." Justice-based love. It is a love that seeks to liberate every person from the bondage of human injustice. This is the compassion God exhibits and calls us to emulate in our own lives.
- Servant leadership - people of prayer, hospitality, and compassion who create the conditions that set others free for this journey in Jesus-reflective ways.
